We are taking a short break and will close the store, helpdesk and email from 17:00 GMT on Tuesday, 16h April to 09:00 Thursday, 25th April 2024.

If you purchase a license or Service Package before the closing date and require installation, please be sure to leave at least 24-48 hours before then for the work to be done. Otherwise, any work will be scheduled for after this period. We will reopen on Thursday, 25th April 2024.

This service INCLUDES a software license for each of ConfigServer eXploit Scanner (cxs) and Outgoing Spam Monitor (osm).

Service Delivery Information: We will normally try to begin the Service Package work within 48-72 hours from the time you submit a ticket with all the requested information and access, after your order has been processed. Please note that orders are usually only processed during business hours, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. GMT.
